There are two ways to customize a font of your website, which we will briefly explain to you here, recommending the second variant.
Highlight and change text
On the one hand, you can mark a certain text, and in the menu that then opens, you can adjust the font. However, we only recommend this way if you want to emphasize a text, such as bold or larger writing a word in a sentence.
Theme Settings
If you want to change the font of all page titles at once, or you want certain texts or titles all in the same color, then we recommend you to go to“Design Settings” in the top left corner of the editor. There you will find the possibility to change different elements (title, text, etc.) uniformly.
Note that you can do this for both the desktop view of your website and the mobile view. Normally you can change the font size in the mobile view independently of the settings in the desktop view.
Manually override the design settings
If you change (highlight) a text in the desktop view with the first variant, then this text is no longer linked to the design settings. This means that if you manually increase the size of a title in the desktop view by highlighting it, this will ensure that this text is also as large in the mobile view because the font size has been manually overridden.
Therefore, whenever possible, we recommend working with the design settings and adjusting as little as necessary manually.
