The myhosttech support code is used for authentication if you need information about your account, if you want us to change something on your account, or if you place an additional order.
You will usually receive the support code with your access data sheet. If you don’t have it anymore, you can look it up in the myhosttech customer center.
However, if you no longer have access to it and you still need your support code, you can have it sent to you by e-mail if you still know the e-mail address you used to create your customer account with us. We’ll explain how to do that here.
Have support code sent to you
On our site www.123transfer.ch we have included the possibility to have the support code sent to you by e-mail.
You don’t have to do a domain transfer for that.
It is enough to select the item “Existing hosttech customer” at point 3 “Contact details” on the start page.
In the view that opens, you can then click on “Send support code by email”.
If you now enter your email address linked to your customer account on the new page, the support code will be sent to you by email.
If multiple customer accounts are linked to the same email address, you must also provide either your login name (can also be the email address, but not mandatory) or your customer number.
