An adjustment of a Confixx hosting is no longer possible. To do this, a control panel change must be carried out, which is explained in this FAQ entry .

If you would like to expand your easy-plus account to include a current hosting offer, please send us the following ticket application:

The extension will then be checked and, if possible, implemented within approx. 48 hours (working days).
Please note the additional costs.
Any lower invoice amount will be offset against the next annual invoice.
Plesk Premium
The product upgrade can be carried out via the server center in the myhosttech customer center. There is a product upgrade symbol (shopping cart) on the relevant hosting account, which can be used to carry out the upgrade. You will be guided through the process step by step.

Plesk Reseller
You are welcome to expand / adapt your existing reseller account.
