Create new project
In order for you to start at all, you must first create a project.
- Click “Create new project” on the home page in Website Creator.
- Choose a suitable project name and confirm.
- You will be automatically redirected to the designs page to choose a template.
You can change the name at any time afterwards via the project settings.
Multiple projects
Create as many projects as you want. The number is unlimited. Multiple projects can make sense if you want to make major changes to the website but don’t want to do it within the main project, or you’re planning a complete relaunch of your site with a new design.
Only one project can be published at a time. If you publish a second project, the website data of the first project will be overwritten on the server and the project will be set to “Not published” in Website Creator. However, the project itself remains in the Website Creator and can still be edited.
