The myhosttech Support Code is an authentication code which is assigned to each customer individually. With this you can, for example verify with support staff for support requests.
Also this support code is needed to assign new orders via our website to your existing customer account. This code must be entered in the ordering process when selecting “existing customer” together with the customer number.
