Do you have a new smartphone and want to use your Authenticator again? Here is a description of how to proceed.
Plesk
- Log in to your Plesk Control Panel with your old/current authenticator.
- Select Google Authenticator on the left.
- Deactivate multi-factor authentication and confirm with “OK”.
If you no longer have access to your authenticator, please contact Support via the ticket system. They can remove the authenticator for you.
