How can I use multiple Exchange mailboxes in Outlook?

If you have problems setting up a second Exchange account, follow the steps as described:

  1. Press Windows key + R and enter regedit in the “Run” dialog box to open the registry editor. Then click on OK.
  2. Navigate to the following registry key in the left area of the registry editor:
    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange
  3. If the DWORD value “MaxNumExchange” is not available by default, right-click in an empty area, select New > DWORD value and name it MaxNumExchange.
  4. Then change the value to the desired number of mailboxes you want to include.
  5. Close the registry and reopen Outlook.
  6. Now add the additional mailboxes.
