How do I set up two-factor authentication?

  1. Log in to the customer center.
  2. Click on your name at the bottom left
  3. Select “Two-factor authentication” and follow the steps as described

Plesk

  1. Log in to your Plesk Control Panel.
  2. If the function is not displayed, click on the icon under the Plesk logo at the top right.
  1. Then select “Google Authenticator”.
  2. Activate “Enable multi-factor authentication” and scan the QR code with your Authenticator app.
  3. Fill in the confirmation code and save the settings with “OK”.
