Navigate to Servercenter > Servercenter > Settings on the hosting > Login Controlpanel. - In the Plesk menu, select Email (or Mail) on the left and click on the email address for which you want to change the password.
- Enter a new, secure password in the “Password” field and repeat it in the “Confirm password” field.
- Click OK to save the new password.
You must then update the new password in your e-mail program (if you use one).

Due to the password change in Plesk, it may happen that your IP address is temporarily blocked – for example due to multiple incorrect login attempts to the server.
