There are basically two methods you can use to connect your domain to an external provider. In any case, we recommend that you obtain all services from us so that smooth operation can be guaranteed.
• Name servers
By adjusting the so-called name servers, you can connect your domain to the external server. Get the exact name server entries from your provider and then store them in the myhosttech customer center.

• DNS records
You can also connect your domain to an external host by adjusting the DNS settings. Check with your provider for the required DNS records.
To adjust the DNS records, log into your myhosttech customer center, go to Domain s and click on Details for the relevant domain. You then select DNS Records from the drop-down menu and adjust the corresponding entries or create new ones according to the specifications of your provider.
Please note that these adjustments must be processed in the DNS system and it can take up to 6 hours for the domain to resolve correctly.
